Ok, I'm glad to see that progress is being made. Especially since I was a bit out of control with food this week. Having family and friends to visit with reduces my barely there self discipline to nil.
I think the big jump last week was a hormonal thing with some water retention thrown in.
I'm back to cup a soup for lunch and porridge for breakfast, and I'll try to restrain myself from eating too much ice cream. We get our first load of ice cream tomorrow. I hope, now that this is our 5th summer of ice cream pushing, that the novelty will be worn off and I will not be as tempted by the divine creamy sweetness as I usually am. Ya right. Here's hoping.
